Award-winning chef Jeriko Van Der Wolf, trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, was named “Best Young Chef in France” (2011). He co-founded Lova Hospitality in 2022, managing four restaurants and expanding to six by 2025.
In 2024, his Tiramisu won the title of Best Tiramisu in Creative Category. Focused on quality ingredients and classic techniques, his back-to-basics approach defines his cuisine.
