This year, we’re celebrating Tiramisù Day 2026 with a brand-new edition of the Cookbook 2026, created in collaboration with the Tiramisù World Cup! 🍰✨

In the Cookbook 2026, in addition to tiramisù recipes created by the Champions and Stars of the Tiramisù World Cup, you will also find a selection of creative recipes prepared by our Clubs from around the world. This year also brings a sweet novelty: for Tiramisù Day 2026, the new Tiramisù Club Piemonte joins our Academy, ready to bring even more creativity and sweetness to our community with their exclusive recipe.

But that’s not all—this year, we have an exciting surprise! This year, we are celebrating The Italian Cuisine more than ever, officially recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage — a historic milestone that makes it the first national cuisine, in its entirety, to receive this prestigious recognition — tiramisu included!

To celebrate, we have chosen to feature a special recipe, also in honor of the tenth edition of the TWC by La Cucina Italiana magazine.
